Stephen G. Fisher is the CEO and founder of Hudson Microimaging. Mr. Fisher's experience in the fields of management, microfilming and records conversion/preservation began in 1965. His professional background includes key management positions at Arcata Microfilm Corporation, GAF Corporation, and Oscar Fisher Company. A member of AIIM, Mr. Fisher has served on the boards of various civic and service organizations. He was educated at London University and the University of Pennsylvania.

Toya Fisher Dubin is Vice President of Hudson Microimaging. Ms. Dubin is a graduate of New York University. She was previously employed as Director of Administration for the Florida Philharmonic Orchestra, and Finance and Operations Manager at the Miami City Ballet. Ms. Dubin is a member of the Archivists Round Table.
